It is understandable why in China nothing much happened after the speech was made public - the person is such a prolific writer and speaker that his people are obviously numb about one more piece of supreme composition. However,this speech would have stirred up a public opinion uproar in any other countries - it is oblivious to the fact that what’s unfolding now in China is very likely a population collapse instead of a just modest slowdown!
