China releases rules on AI generated content labeling
On September 14, the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) released a draft of the "Regulations on the Identification of AI-Generated Content (Draft for Public Comment)" (hereinafter referred to as the "AI Identification Regulations") to specifically address the labelling of AI-generated content, and began soliciting public feedback.
